60 Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of Sammy’s products with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee.
We are confident your cat will love Sammy’s just as much as ours did. If that is not the case, you are covered.

If, after at least 30 consecutive days of daily use, you do not notice the expected results, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility conditions

This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of the product.
You must have used one item consistently for at least 30 days and no more than 60 days total.
Refund requests for products used for less than 30 days are not eligible.
Refunds apply to one used product only per customer.

If you purchased multiple units in one order

You may open and use only one product for testing purposes.
If you request a refund, all remaining unopened items must be returned unused, sealed, and in their original condition.
If more than one unit has been opened or used, the refund will apply to one used item only.
Opened or partially used additional products are not eligible for refund.

Standard Return Policy for Unused Products

If your product has not been opened or used, you may return it within 60 days of delivery, provided that it meets the following conditions.

The item is unused and the protective seal is fully intact.
It is in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Opened or used items are not eligible under this standard return policy.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@trysammys.com.

Once verified, we will resend your order free of charge.

Refunds are not issued in these cases. Replacement orders only.

To qualify for a resend, please provide clear, well lit photos of the damaged or incorrect item placed on a flat surface.
Shipping or delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your package.


Refund Conditions

Partial refunds or refund denials may apply if any of the following apply.

The product is not returned in its original condition.
Items are missing parts not due to our error.
The request is submitted after 60 days.
More than one product is opened or used when only one is eligible for refund.


Money Back Guarantee Instructions

If your product qualifies under the 60 day satisfaction guarantee, the product must be returned to receive a refund.

Return shipping costs and labels are the responsibility of the customer.
Include a note with your order number inside the return package.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

Our team will provide detailed return instructions.

Returned items are handled responsibly once received.


Standard Return Instructions for Unused Items

Step 1 Request approval
Email support@trysammys.com with your full name, order number, confirmation that the product is unused with the seal intact, and the reason for your return.

Step 2 Return the item
After approval, you will receive return instructions.
Include your order number inside the package.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Step 3 Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days to your original payment method.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days, please check your bank account again.
If needed, contact your credit card provider as processing times may vary.
